About FC Connecticut

FC CONNECTICUT was founded in 2005 to offer players from Fairfield County Connecticut an opportunity to play a competitive Adult League schedule. The club offers it’s members a chance to compete a high level both in outdoor and indoor leagues in Stamford, CT. The club initially started when members of the Stamford Youth Soccer League coaching fraternity decided to compete in the Stamford’s Men's Indoor Soccer League.  Since then, the club has grown to field both indoor and outdoor teams while attracting younger players to become more competitive.

FC Connecticut now competes in the Amateur Soccer League of Connecticut (Outdoor), Stamford Men’s Indoor Soccer League (Two Competitive Teams) and the Stamford America’s League Summer Classic. As the club grows, we plan to compete in tournaments regularly in the New York Tri-State area.

FC CONNECTICUT is a not-for-profit organization and enjoys a 501 (c)(7) designation under the IRS Not-For Profit structure.  We are dedicated to serving the needs of the more committed soccer player by providing the highest level of competition available.

Objectives & Mission

The mission of the FC CONNECTICUT is to field the best available talents, to be competitive in our communities in which we operate through soccer.  The vision of the FC CONNECTICUT is to prepare to participate at the highest level of national competition. 

 Philosophy

FC CONNECTICUT was established for the specific purpose of developing a competitive program whose goals are to achieve city & state level championships.

Achievement of these objectives within the appropriate environment can only be reached through the mature behavior and the exemplary conduct of the coaches, players, and officials of the Club. All club players must be of the highest ethical and moral standards and be based upon concern and just principles that ensure equitable treatment prevails in all circumstances.

FC CONNECTICUT and our staff strive to attract players with these common interests:

• creating an environment in which players can reach their full potential and achieve the self-confidence and positive self-esteem necessary to be successful both on and off the soccer field.
• promoting the game of soccer

FC CONNECTICUT is in the process of developing one of the premier men soccer clubs in the state of Connecticut. While we are a fairly new team, we are extremely proud that we've been part of the development of promoting the game of soccer.
