- Warriors have been
admitted to the league for 2006.
- Washington FC app
rejected / The spin off teams from CT Utd also rejected.

Increase in Fair Play Award:
- League $100 +
$50 Cup $100 + $50 Fair

Suspensions carried over from 2005 season:
- $25 fine still due
6.
Fundraiser for Keith Segovia at Westhill on April 8th:
- Together with several
teams entering the tournament, a donation of $500 from the ASLC will be made
also.
7.
Change to line 5, Rule #9 in the 2006 Rules to read as follows:
- If a player is
unwilling to pay the fine, the club is responsible for payment of the fine.
However, the player in question is committed to that club, and may not sign
for another ASLC club without consent from his current club.
